The company has installed intelligent equipment management platform, now installed handling and welding robots 310 sets (sets), planning to build all will reach more than 500 sets (sets), equipment networking rate of 95%. Welding assembly line has been put into use 32, planning to install 50, the product of the whole assembly line automation rate of 85%.

This workstation is mainly used to realise automatic welding of the inner seam of double girder main girder. After manual loading of the transverse and longitudinal basic alignment, the workpiece is turned over by ±90° through the L-arm hydraulic turning machine, and the robot automatically searches for the position to be welded. Significantly improve the quality of the weld seam, enhance the effectiveness of welding crane structural components, especially in the welding of the inner seam shows greater advantages. It is also another initiative of Henan Mining to care for employees and improve quality and efficiency.
