ME shipbuilding gantry crane, a type of gantry crane of heavy lifting load, large span and high lifting altitude.
Main technical characteristics:
It have multiple functions of single hanging, hoisting, turnover in the air, sliht horizontal turnover in the air and so on;
All operating mechanisms employ frequency control;
On the top of the girder at the side of rigid leg is equipped a jib crane to accomplish maintenance of upper and lower crabs To prevent storm attack, such safe and reliable anti-wind devices as rail clamp and ground anchor are furnished.

Features:
1. It have multipe functions of single hanging, hoisting, turnover in the air, slight horizontal turnover in the air and so on;
2. The gantry falls into two categories:single girder and double girder. To rationally utilize materials, the girder adopts
optimum design of variable section;
3. The upper crab has two main hooks, which are sparately fixed at the outside of the girder.
4. The lower crab has a main hook and a secondary hook, which are fixed at the center of the two girders;
5. Both the upper crab and the lower crab can cross each other for operation.
6. All operating mechanisms employ frequency control;
7. On the top of the girder at the side of rigid leg is equipped a jib crane to accomplish maintenace of upper and lower crabs.
8. To prevent storm attack, such safe and reliable anti-wind devices as rail clamp and ground anchor are furnished.

The crane is equipped with a whole crane equipment safety monitoring system, adopts PLC+Frequency Converter Communication Control Synchronous Control of multiple lifting points for automatic adjustment of balance, which makes the lifting more stable, safe and reliable operation;
2.Intelligent Positioning,reaching more precise positioning:
(1)Intelligent Automatic Positioning Function makes the positioning more precise.
(2)Double rails in one side design reduces the crane wheel pressure with effect, which saves the construction cost.
3.Energy Saving&More Stable lifting:
(1)The production of whole crane uses high strength special steel materials,which ensures not only the safety of structure,but continuous lifting work with the same loading conditions.
(2)The 750t gantry crane adopts to the power supply of 10KV, electric energy can be recycling automatically when heavy goods unloading process, it saves energy of 25%~30%.
