Form of drawing trolley is adopted to achieve light structure,advanced performance, high production efficiency, fine maneuverability and small sensibility to unflatness of the ground. The crane is powered by cable drum. At the same time, diesel generating set is equipped for conditions when the power is off or the crane moves to another yard. As a result, maximum economic benefits are brought to the users.


It is flexibly moved by its own rubber tires for transshipping containers. RTG Double girder gantry crane is composed of bridge, support legs, crane travelling organ, trolley, electric equipment,strong lifting winch. The frame adopts box-type welding mechanism. Crane travellilng mechanism adopts separate driver. All mechanisms are operated in the driver cabin. Power is supplied by cable or slide wire. there are different capacity double beams gantry crane for your choice according to your actually use.

Features:

1. The power source is three-phase alternating current,rated frequency is 50HZ,rated voltage is 380V;

2. The working environment temperature ranges from -20ºC to +45ºC and the relative humidity is no lower than 95%(with dew);

3. In-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s; out-of-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 44m/s;

4. The working duty is A6-A7;

5. The gradient of crane traveling floor should be less than 1% and part of that should be no more than 3%;

6. The crane which has the special requirement for working conditions, can be manufactured following the contracts.

1. Steel structure: Q235B/Q345B carbon structural steel with seamless once forming technology more strong and elegant. Suitable

for different operation temperature;

2. Lifting mechanism: Reducer, drum, motors protection class F class, China or World top quality motor brands, such as Jiamusi,

Nanjing motor, ABM, etc;

3. Hook: Finest steel forged hook, long using life;

4. Wheels: Vacuum casting, with compact structure, convenient maintenance, high transmission efficiency and long service life;

5. Travel mechanism: With China or world famous crane motor, reducer supplier, such as Nanjing motor, SEW etc;

6. Electrics: Chint, Schneider or Siemens etc.
